Proven experience in managing Dual Chats or complex multi-tasking chat environments is strongly preferred and will be assessed during the selection process.
- Customer Resolution Expertise: Function as a specialized customer resolution expert, with a primary focus on addressing and clarifying queries concerning telecom bills, service issues, account troubleshooting, and general customer account management.
- Professional Solution Delivery: Systematically diagnose the root cause of customer inquiries and deliver comprehensive, professionally composed, and concise written solutions. The ability to maintain an articulate, empathetic, and professional tone in all text-based interactions is a core competency for this role.

Essential Candidate Profile and Hiring Requirements

- Experience: A mandatory range of 6 months up to a maximum of 4 years of verifiable work experience within an International BPO Chat Process (specifically Inbound Dual Chat or Semi-Voice roles).

- Shift Readiness: Applicants must be comfortable with and committed to working exclusively in Night Shifts (rotational).

Important Exclusion Criteria:
Due to the specialized nature of this role, we cannot consider applications from Freshers, individuals with less than six months of verifiable BPO experience, or those whose professional background is limited exclusively to Domestic (Indian) BPO processes.
