The Bank’s decision on shortlisting is final and non-negotiable.
2. Interview (100 Marks)
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in one or more rounds of personal, telephonic, or video interviews. The interview will carry 100 marks, and the qualifying marks will be determined solely by the Bank.
3. CTC Negotiation
Following the interview, or as part of the final interview round, candidates will enter into CTC Negotiation with the Bank.
4. Merit List
The final merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based only on the scores obtained by candidates in the interview. In the event of a tie (more than one candidate scoring the exact cut-off marks), the candidate who is older in age will be ranked higher in the merit list.
