Detailed Post Descriptions

Carriage & Wagon (Coaching) Wadi Bunder:

This involves maintenance and repair of railway carriages and wagons at the Wadi Bunder location.

Kalyan Diesel Shed:

This is a facility for the maintenance and servicing of diesel locomotives located at Kalyan.

Sr.DEE (TRS) Kalyan:

Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer (Traction Rolling Stock) at Kalyan oversees electrical engineering aspects related to traction rolling stock (locomotives and train sets).

Sr.DEE (TRS) Kurla:

Similar to the Kalyan role but located at Kurla, overseeing electrical engineering for traction rolling stock.

Parel Workshop:

Parel Workshop is involved in the overhaul, repair, and maintenance of railway rolling stock and components.

Matunga Workshop:

Matunga Workshop focuses on the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of electric multiple unit (EMU) train sets and other rolling stock.

S&T Workshop, Byculla:

Signal and Telecommunication Workshop at Byculla deals with maintenance and installation of signaling and telecommunication systems along the railway network.
